Dear team, I hope you all are doing well working on the Urban Cooling model, but I haven’t been able to find concrete data for the Energy Consumption Table and working in one of the city in Germany. Could you please explain how I can build this tables in practice? where I can get the data per building type((Residential, Commercial/Office/Retail, Mixed Use, Industrial, Public—schools/health, Others))?

Hi @ed_T, I would recommend starting with the sources mentioned in the Data Sources: Energy Consumption Table section of the User Guide.
The US-specific sources won’t be directly relevant to your area of interest, but they might provide clues as to what kinds of data you might seek out to help you (such as average consumption by building category, A/C prevalence, etc.).
The study by Santamouris et. al. that is cited by the User Guide may be a good place to start. It doesn’t seem to highlight any particular location in Germany, but it does include Germany in its comparison of the effect of summer temperatures (and therefore air conditioning demand/power consumption) in “hot” vs. “cold” vs. “mild” countries. You might check the sources cited by the Santamouris study (and sources cited by those sources, etc.) to see if any of them point you in the right direction.
