When I run the SDR model, there is a null value in the grid layer of the model operation result. What is the possible reason for this

When you say that there is a null value, do you mean that the entire raster has null values, or do you mean that there are a few pixels with null values?
Null values can happen if there are pixels with null values in any of your input rasters. It can also happen if the model has problems doing the processing, perhaps because the input layers have different coordinate systems (so they don’t actually overlap), or for other, less-common reasons.
Do you get any errors during the model run? Please post the entire log file (.txt) that the model produces in your Workspace, and that might have information that helps explain the result.
