NDR - TypeError

Hi,

I’m getting a TypeError with the NDR, saying ufunc ‘isfinite’ not supported for the input types, and the inputs could not be safely coerced to any supported types according to the casting rule “safe”. My inputs are tif files, shapefile and csv. I had some cutline polygon errors with the watershed vector, but I have fixed them and this error appears.I looked through the tif files and can’t see any obvious problems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @wat1, It’s unclear just from the logfile what’s going on here. Could you attach or send your model inputs so we can take a look?

Hi! Sorry for the delay in replying but I eventually fixed the problem. I was using the wrong vector file for the watersheds. Very simple error, can’t believe I didn’t spot it. I couldn’t see it for looking!!
