I have some problems with the SDR model. I wanted to use python to process the data, so I ran it once with the workbench visual interface and saved the python script, but when I put the code into PyCharm and ran it again, the result was different (note: there should be no errors in my python environment). Hi @JasonLee , thanks for posting the logfile from your Workbench run. That indicates you used invest version 3.14.0 in the Workbench. Which version of natcap.invest do you have installed in your python environment?
natcap.invest.__version__

Thank you so much. I had installed natcap.invest in my python environment, but i ignored the matching issue of workbench and catcap.invest.(the version natcap.invest is 3.13.0 now ) I’ll try to update it and run it again. Thank you very much for your answer!
