Standard protocols for using the HQ model for multi-species in a forest ecosystem across a large study area

Dear Invest team,
I am looking to explore using the Invest HQ model and I would be happy to get some advise and direction. I am trying to use the model on forest ecosystems to asses10 plant species across a large state area. My questions are;

  1. Will I have to run this 10 different times, one for each plant species or is there a way to bring them together in one assessment? I am somewhat confused because each species has their own threat with its corresponding max distance documented in literature.
  2. In a situation where each threat is described as medium low/ low/high, is there a standard way to translate this to appropriate weights or is it best to use the AHP method.
  3. I am also wondering what is the best practice in assigning suitability scores to the land cover, if expert opinion from 1 person is just sufficient.
    Thank you, looking forward to your inputs
