Carbon stock model - statistical tests of accuracy

I used a carbon stock model and calculated the carbon stock of an area. Is there any way I can find the accuracy of the carbon model in terms of rmse or mae, or r-squared? I also have used a regression model to calculate carbon stock of the same area by land use type; how do I compare those? I am thinking of calculating average carbon stock by land use type and doing ANOVA (mean test). Is it comparable?
