Habitat Quality 3.7.0 ValueError: locating a threat raster in the input folder

I am working on another one - Habitat Quality. It shows error: “ValueError: There was an Error locating a threat raster in the input folder. One of the threat names in the CSV table does not match to a threat raster in the input folder. Please check that the names correspond. The threat raster that could not be found is…”. I have upload messages here. Can you kindly check it up for me?

Hi @mhyuan,

The issue I think, is related to how the threat names are specified. You will want to remove the _c from the Threat names in the Threat CSV and the Threat column names in the Sensitivity CSV. If you have threats agriculture and urban for current and future scenarios, you will want to adhere to the following:

Threat Raster Folder:
Contains files with the names:

  • agriculture_c.tif
  • agriculture_f.tif
  • urban_c.tif
  • urban_f.tif

Threats1.csv
MAX_DIST, WEIGHT, THREAT, DECAY, DESCRIP
4, 0.68, agriculture, linear, Agricultural lands
7.1, 1, urban, exponential, Urban/developed

Sensitivity Table
The threat headers would be: L_agriculture and L_urban

Best,

Doug

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion. There is not any future scenario for threats. I modified both Threat CSV, Sensitivity CSV, and Threat Raster Folder accordingly. Although it doesn’t show error information, it takes more than 16 hours and shows “Memory Error”. I was wondering what will be the problem of it? Can you kindly check it for me?

Hi @mhyuan,

I’m happy to take a look. I did notice that you were running InVEST 3.7, could you try downloading InVEST-3.8.0 and seeing if you have the same issues.

Best,

Doug
