Hello, I would like to know if the Habitat Quality module could include the use of pesticides and agrochemicals as a threat. For instance, dung beetles are quite sensitive to the use of deworming agents in cattle. Is there a way to include this kind of threats in an asessment?

The model is agnostic to the threats you include. You may use any threat that can be spatially represented, and has an effect on its surroundings to a distance that can be quantified. So if you have spatial data showing where deworming agents are used, and have an understanding of how far away they can have an effect on dung beetles, you can use that in the model.
