I am currently using Invest software to analyse carbon storage and sequestration on a large scale. I am confused about the unit convention in the software. My land use rasters are in 30 m pixel form In what form should i give input of carbon storage per class? As per the literature, the carbon stock per class is given in MG per hectare. I need a comprehensive understanding of units in output and input.

The InVEST User Guide Carbon chapter has a Data Needs section detailing the required inputs and outputs. You can also look at the sample data that we provide for an example of the formatting.
