This is a very interesting error, and one we have not seen very often.

When you installed InVEST, did you install it for all users on your computer, or did you install it just for you? I am trying to determine the location of the proj database on your computer so that we can find a fix.

Thank you very much for your reply, I had previously installed it just for myself and have now changed it back.

Does it run properly when installed for all users on your computer, or are you seeing the same error message when installed for all users on your computer?
