I have computed storm volume and peak discharge for a storm event.
Is it possible to incorporate MUSLE model for the above storm event since I have also readily available the K, LS, C and P factors.

The InVEST SDR model calculates RUSLE1, and its inputs and outputs are on an annual average timescale. While it does take K, C and P inputs (among others), it is not designed to be used for individual storm events.
You would be welcome to create an event-based sediment model based on SDR code if you like, since our code is free and open source. You could even create a plugin for it for others to use!
