Which model output has nulls, and where are they located? It would be helpful to see an image. If the null values are in streams, that is normal for the NDR model, since it does not do any in-stream processing, and the calculations stop when the land-generated nutrient reaches a stream.
What is the property table that you’re looking for? Is it a raster attribute table for n_export.tif etc? If so, attribute tables are not supported for rasters with floating point values, only integer values.
