Object of too small depth for desired array

Hello everyone, i get this error named “object of too small depth for desired array”.
I’m very new at this, i really appreciate it if someone could manage to give me some help

Thanks for posting the log file. Looking at the error messages, I see these a bit earlier in the log:

INFO Coral: found protecting 0 shore points
INFO Mangrove: found protecting 0 shore points
INFO Seagrass: found protecting 0 shore points

I suspect that the final error is related to this. Is it possible that your coral, mangrove and seagrass polygons are all further offshore than their protection distance in the habitat table? If so, the model won’t have any habitat data to work with when calculating its ranking, which could be what creates the “object of to small depth” error (the error itself isn’t very helpful, sorry about that.)

In addition to Stacie’s points, I see this is InVEST version 3.8.0. There have been important bugfixes for this model since then so it would be great to try the latest version and see if anything changes.
