Thanks for uploading your logfile. Usually when values of “nan” appear in the output, it is because there are “nan” values in one or more of the input rasters. You said that you tried to make changes to the nodata values, how did you do this? What is the nodata value set to? Are there any nan values in places that should have valid data values (not nodata?)
Maybe this shows my unprofessionalism, I have gone through some software and changed the Nodata value of the data to -9999 or some bigger value, but the result is still the same “nan”. Thank you very much for your guidance, I will check the rasters I entered!
