Hi, I have a problem with running SWY.There are negative values in my QuickFlow raster. I checked these values and they occured on the edge of raster.
I’m not sure what is the source of the negative values.

Have you checked out this forum post that mentions something similar? @dcdenu4, do you have any updates on that boundary issue? Chen is using InVEST 3.12.0.

Thanks for your help,your suggestion helped me a lot.DEM and LULC rasters that overlap with negative areas have no values.I guess this is due to inconsistent raster resolution,it’s a problem generated during the raster clipping process.
