Urban cooling Model: Biophysical Table

Hi Guys,
I had a few questions on the biophysical table data:

  1. How to find the right Kc value (Required Crop coefficient, a value between 0 and 1) I checked the paper Allen et al. 1998 but could not find a base for example grass, trees type, roads, buildings land use types?

  2. Albedo values 0-1: Which reference to use to get the data for Buildings, land, trees, grass Land use types?

  3. Building_intensity: A floating-point value between 0 and 1. This is calculated by dividing the floor area by the land area. But in my case, the values are always over than 1 due to high density and multiple floors. So how to base this standardisation into values of 0-1? Any scientific reference or maths someone can suggest?
