Annual Water yield model Inputs

Hi sir,
I been working on water yield model. i am able to gather all the input apart from the Precipitation and Plant available water content (PAWC). For precipitation there are global layers are available in two sources which is mentioned in appendix. i hav tried so much to download in raster format. but i dint get it. Please send the link or file to download sir.

And for PAWC i dont have the local data. so please explain briefly to create the raster for PAWC for my neighbourhood.
