Beginner software running problem

Hi sir/Madam,
I am new to this Natcap and Invest.I thought of running the sample data to know more about the Invest. So I have downloaded and installed the Invest software. But i tried to run the carbon model. But Its not opening. I dont know whether i installed it right or wrong. so could u please help me to know about the software and how to run the sample data ?

  • Are you running the latest version 3.9.0?
  • Please try the instructions in this post and let me know what happens.
