I can't run all InVEST models even with sample data

I need help on my InVEST model here!! Thank you!!
I have run Carbon Storage and Urban Cooling model with the sample dataset on my PC and the same error occured every time. I have tried different version of InVEST (3.10.2 and the latest) but still the same error occured. I tried the same data on my colleague’s PC and it is just fine. I paste the log and I hope I can get help!

Hi @Sharon927 ,

From where did you obtain these data? I ask because the input filenames from your log file do not match those from the compressed ‘Carbon,zip’ directory found on our sample data download page.
