I’m trying to run the carbon model, however, the following error has appeared.

can you help me? Thank you very much in advanc

Hi @Mariane , it seems that the column headers in the CSV are case-sensitive, and the model was expecting c_above instead of C_above.

We’ll make an update to provide a more helpful error message, or perhaps loosen that restriction.

thank you so much for getting back! in parts the model worked when trying to run the option “all carbon pools” another error appeared. Look at the table the ID is according to the land use map.

Hi @Mariane , I’m guessing there is something wrong with the alignment of values in the biophysical table. The original one uploaded looks okay, but maybe there is a new problem.

This error message indicates that “formacaoflorestal” appears in the row for lucode “3” under the column “c_dead”. That cell should have a number in it instead.

ValueError: Could not interpret carbon pool value as a number. lucode: 3, pool_type: c_dead, value: formacaoflorestal

Hi @dave!!

Thank you so much for getting back to me =)
