When I want to run carbon storage and sequestration model I have no idea about carbon pools please help me

Have you read the Quick Start Tutorial in the InVEST User Guide? It recommends reading the User Guide chapter for the model, and examining the sample data, to understand how the model and input data work.

You need to do your own research into carbon pools. You values might come from a readily available dataset or academic research paper or other resource.
