DEM: models wont accept my DEM file

Hi,

none of the models will accept my DEM files. I have tried downloading from different sources as listed in the user guide, but they are not accepted. I even tried using a DEM that one of the members brought up an issue with just to see if I would at least be able to run the model and encounter the same problem. What am I doing wrong?

What is the error that the models are showing? If the error happens in the Workbench user interface, please take a screenshot of the window showing the error message, so we have more information to troubleshoot with. Thanks.
