Does InVEST map or cross reference economic (industries) and health dependencies on ecosystem services? i.e. GICS or NACE Rev2 or EPA Eco-Health Relationships

No, InVEST does not do either of these things. We would do them manually in post-processing, linking people/health or industry to the modeling results. You can search for publications that have done this in our publications web page.
That said, we are finishing up some work that supports industry in estimating the impact of their assets on several ecosystem services globally. More about that when it’s released.

Thanks. We are using ENCORE and Swiss Re BES Index to do this but would love some more tools. Exploring ESII as we speak.
