Error in Coastal Blue Carbon Preprocessor

Hello, I have trouble with the LULC Lookup table and the raster.
When I upload the LULC-csv and the raster, an error occurs.

The error message is: “The TIF must be encoded as UTF-8 or ASCII”.

I already used the CBC model and raster, and it worked before.

Thank you for any help you can give me!

This sounds like it might be a message you’re seeing in validation. Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, just so we can confirm how best to assist?

Hi @jdouglass, Thank you for your prompt response. I am attaching the screenshot.

Just to give you more information, I am working on Posidonia oceanica. I have assigned the habitat code in the CSV file. About the raster, I started from a distribution in polygons that I converted into a raster by assigning the same code (0 = no data; 1 = Posidonia).

Hello @UmbertoGrande , I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It appears that you are providing a GeoTiff as an input to the LULC lookup table, when the LULC lookup is expected to be a CSV. The structure of the table is described in the Coastal Blue Carbon Preprocessor’s user guide chapter here: Coastal Blue Carbon — InVEST® documentation
