I am receiving an error on my habitat quality model. There is a keyerror in the process of model running. The error is” ValueError: could not convert string to float”.
InVEST-Habitat-Quality-log-2022-05-04–16_55_57.txt (1.7 KB)
I do not know the specific issues so that I do not know how to deal with it.
I have attached my log file and the screenshot of the error as well.
Thank you for the attempt.

Hi @sunjiaqi, and welcome to the forum.
Thanks for posting you log file. It says that it is “Checking Threat and Sensitivity tables for compliance” when the error occurs, so it probably has something to do with your table values or format. Have you searched this forum for previous posts with the same error - like this one? See if any of the information in that post helps, and let us know.

I am also in this situation. How did you solve it? Thank you.
Hi @HZAU_tdh,
Sorry for missing your post. Were you able to fix the issue? If not, could you post your logfile?
Looking at @sunjiaqi logfile, it looked like there was an empty table field ' '
where there should have been a number. The model should provide better error handling in this case.
Thanks,
Doug
