I’m not aware of any already-prepared reference evapotranspiration data for recent years. They may exist, but I haven’t spent a lot of time looking recently. It does seem strange that there aren’t more up-to-date ET datasets.

But if you have precipitation and temperature data from the years 2000-2020 (which are easier to find), you can calculate reference ET yourself using the Modified Hargreaves equation, or a different ET equation, as described in the User Guide.

One place that has a useful search for ET and/or precipitation data is the NCAR Climate Data Guide, so you can try there too.
