I wanna know how to calculate the total soil erosion in my research area and the number of every land type after the model completed successfully?

You can do both of those things using a Zonal Statistics tool in your GIS. The model also does some of this aggregating for you, within the watershed or sub-watersheds that you provided as input, which you can see in the watershed_results_sdr.shp model output.
