I cant use gis to create attribute table for HQ,why???

Which input to HQ are you trying to create an attribute table for? Which GIS software are you using? Most of the inputs are CSV tables, which you can edit in Excel or some other spreadsheet or even text editor program.
If you’re new to GIS, you’ll definitely need to gain those skills before working with the inputs and outputs of InVEST. There are a lot of tutorials and classes out there that can help. We also have a new GIS for InVEST video series that covers a few topics that might be useful.
