Runoff coefficients and runoff curves for urban stormwater retention model

Hello!,

I am using the Urban Stormwater Retention model for the first time. I had a question about runoff coefficients. I am building my biophysical table and found runoff curve numbers for each land use. However, I am confused about how to convert these into a coefficient number. See attached table! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
