What is the issue or question you have?
Hello,
I am running the Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR) model for two scenarios: the current landscape and a modified scenario where a specific area is converted to pasture. However, the range of my avoided_exportation values is extremely high in both cases, and I cannot discern any clear patterns when visualizing the results in ArcMap.
Additionally, it seems that most of the sediment is retained by pasture and agricultural areas rather than by forests. Interestingly, these same land-use classes are also the primary sources of sediment production.
Could this be a case where the higher percentage of sediment retention in pastures is simply due to their location in areas with greater sediment production?
What have you tried so far?
I tried applying a logarithmic transformation to the raster to improve visualization, but I’m not sure if this is the most appropriate solution.
