It’s not initially clear to me what is causing the problem. The DeprecationWarning: The ‘warn’ method is deprecated, use ‘warning’ instead shouldn’t be part of the problem here. Could you check that the AOI/Watershed vector looks okay in a GIS viewer like ArcGIS or QGIS? The model seems to be failing when a polygon from the AOI/Watershed does not overlap any pixels from the recharge raster. But that should be okay.
It might be easier to debug this on our end also. If you’re willing to share your data, you could zip your inputs and send a link to Google Drive, dropbox, or your cloud sharing utility of choice. My email is ddenu @ stanford . edu if you’d rather not share that info via the forum.
