I am running the model SWY using Climate Zones. I understand that I must provide a Climate Zone Table with monthly precipitation events for each climate zone. However, is it possible to provide CN and Kc to each cluster zone?

No, you must provide CN and Kc in the biophysical table for each LULC class. You can choose to categorize and map your LULC classes however you want. CN and Kc are not provided per climate zone because they do not necessarily correlate with climate.

Just following up on this, you could further split your LULC classes to create specific ones in each climate zone in order to provide different CN and Kc values between zones, but the model is not set up to do this for you.
