Well, that’ll make it difficult for us to debug what’s going on! From the rasters and table you’ve shared with us, the model doesn’t look to be doing anything wrong, strictly speaking, so it’s most likely that there’s something interesting going on with the format of your datasets, either with the LULC codes in your landcover raster or with the table.
For example, wetlands areas are being interpreted as open water? That sounds like there are some open water LULC values where there should be wetlands LULC values.
