Hi @Odiaz , These are “warnings” rather than “errors”, so it’s not necessarily a problem. The warnings are about invalid geometries in the habitat layers. This is not uncommon. In this case, the model would report other more specific warnings if it was not able to use the habitat geometries. If the results you are getting make sense given what you expect, then I think it’s okay to ignore these.
If you’re concerned, you can search for how to fix invalid geomtries using QGIS, ArcGIS, or other GIS tools.
