I made a buffer in elevation data, but there was still nodata area in the result of NDR. Why does this happens? How to solve it? Can I assign zero to the nodata area?

Where are the NoData pixels? If they’re in streams, this is normal for the model - see the Defined Area of Outputs section of the User Guide for more information. There are also several threads on this forum discussing NoData areas in NDR, which you can find by using the Search feature.
