Because I want to research land use changes. that are affected by the double-track railway station construction project. by determining the train station and future years as factors in land use change. I can use Scenario Generator: Proximity?

Given what you’ve described, it does sound like the InVEST proximity-based scenario generator could be useful to you. The scenario generator models the expansion of a land-use class into other classes, so you might use this with, say, an urban land-use class, to show how development might expand from the railway station into the neighboring landscape.
