Unfortunately no, InVEST will not work on Windows 7. This is because InVEST is a python application that is built with Python 3.10, which does not work on Windows 7.
Additionally, Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7 back in 2020, so I would strongly recommend upgrading your operating system to make sure your computer is receiving the latest security updates and fixes (in addition to being able to run InVEST
