Hi @zhouxj , InVEST 3.11.0 is built with Python 3.10.4, which is not compatible with Windows 7. Python Releases for Windows | Python.org
If you can, the best thing would be to update to a modern version of Windows. Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7 in 2020.
