InVEST 3.10.2 edition and win7 ultimate edition, when start InVEST software，It display “dateutil\zoneinfo\ py26 userwarning I/0 error 2”

I can’t say for sure, but this seems like a sign that Python (and InVEST) is not compatible with Windows 7. Since Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7, we cannot test InVEST against this version of Windows to ensure that it works.
I’m sorry to say, but the only option may be to upgrade to Windows 10 or 11.
