Error_visitation:recreation and tourism ES_version 3.14.3

Hello. I have an error while running a “Visitation: recreation and tourism” ecosystem service.
For some reason, I can’t run a model without compute regression (predictor table). I inserted data that I have and after that it works. However, I received there is an issue: “Pyro4.errors.CommunicationError: cannot connect to (‘34.44.144.58’, 54321): [Errno 60] Operation timed out”

Could you help me to understand what is the issue and how can I solve it? Thank you.

Hi @milena , thank you for posting here. Please review our Posting Guidelines and be sure to upload the logfile from your output workspace.

“Pyro4.errors.CommunicationError: cannot connect to (‘34.44.144.58’, 54321): [Errno 60] Operation timed out”

Sometimes this would indicate a problem with our server, but I have just tested it and the server seems to be running. What is the extent of your Area of Interest? What geographic region does it cover?

For some reason, I can’t run a model without compute regression (predictor table). I inserted data that I have and after that it works.

This is strange. Are there any red :x: indicators and messages in the user-interface?

Once we see your logfile we will probably have a better idea of how to help. Thank you,

Thank you a lot for your prompt reply!
If I upload area of interest (in my case Basilicata region, Italy) there is this issue:

@milena ,

The communication between your computer and the server timed out. There are no apparent issues with the server right now, so it’s hard for me to know why you are experiencing this problem.

My suggestions would be to 1) make sure you are on a reliable internet connection while running the model, 2) try using the model’s sample data or other similarly small AOI just to see if you can get results from a small area or if you always see this same error no matter what.

Finally, please always upload the actual logfile from the model’s output Workspace (the file with a long name that ends in .txt). Use the “Upload” button to do this. It may contain more information than is included in the text you copy/pasted. Thank you,

@dave ,
Hello!
I gave another trial today, I attach the model’s output for your information.
Thank you a lot.

Thank you for updating me and sending the logfile. I’m sorry to say I do not know why you are getting this message. The initial communication between your computer and our server failed to complete. I’m not sure what could cause this. If you can try to using a different internet connection, that might yield a different result.

@dave , hello.
Thank you a lot for your assistance and reply, hope it works!
