The first time I used InVEST, I tried to run the sample file, and finally the output was fine, but I don’t know why there is such an error in the log, which makes me confused

When you post errors, it is helpful if you tell us which model you’re running, and include the entire log file (.txt) that’s created in the model run’s Workspace, which contains more information that may help us troubleshoot. Thanks!
