What causes this
This is a permission error. Invest is trying to create the watershed results vector, but for some reason, it is not allowed to create the file at that location.
I wonder if it could be related to the non-unicode characters you are using (that are replaced with �). Invest only supports Unicode. Can you please try using Unicode-only paths for the biophysical table path and workspace directory path?

I tried the path with no problem.
There is no problem with the working path.What can be done to solve this kind of problem?
How are you entering the paths into the workbench? Do the special characters show up as � when you enter them?
There are no special characters when the workbench is entered, and it is displayed only when running an error.
