Hi all. Is it possible to use inVest Carbon Storage and Sequestration Model to carbon content of grass landscape (Buffel grass) and to use the data to simulate futue CO2 sequestration under different management practices?

You can use the Carbon Storage model for any type of land cover that you like, including Buffel grass, providing that you have carbon pool data for those land cover types. The model also can calculate carbon storage for a future scenario (which may include different management practices), and the difference between them is sequestration.
But note that the model is extremely simple, it is really just a mapping between a table of 4 carbon pools and the land use map. So make sure it is the right tool for your purposes.
