I am wondering if there is away or InVest software itself is capable to connect two or more of its models together in order to get result more comprehensive and based on multi different variables and notice their effects on each other.

Thanks for writing in with your question. Yes, if you’re proficient in Python programming, it may be possible for you to connect two InVEST models!
The code is open-source and publicly available. InVEST can be integrated into more complex workflows and analyses by using its API. The API documentation is available here and InVEST is available for download on the Python Package Index here.
