Here is a brand new paper describing MESH that is available in preprint right now: https://rdcu.be/bOZbl The paper may be useful as a description of using MESH in a case study.

I don’t know of training materials for MESH other than the fact sheet that is available from the website, but @jandrewjohnson may have one he is able to share with you.
