Hello, I’m evaluating habitat quality in urban areas using the InVEST Habitat Quality model, but the outputs look like raw HQ values without any effects from threats or sensitivity. Why is this happening?

Hi @MUBEENCHO,
The values in quality_c.tif will be between 0 and 1 (see equation 28 in the User’s Guide and its associated explanation here), so I don’t see any immediate problem based on the screenshot and CSVs you shared. That said, it’s hard to know exactly what’s going on without some additional context. Would you be able to share your other input files (via Dropbox, Google Drive, or another means, if they’re too large to upload here) as well as your log file? I’d be happy to run the model on your data and double check the outputs to see if they look reasonable.
