Dear sir,

Is there any tool which is able to predict vector-borne disease using Invest Model. someone ask me to use Invest model to predict this component. kindly suggest.

Hi @MeenuRani,

We don’t currently have anything in InVEST that models vector borne diseases. We’ve done some prototyping in the past on a Malaria model but it was never rigorously tested or put into production.

Perhaps others will have recommendations for some alternative models.
