Hello, there is a big gap in the data I have made using the water yield model. I have tried to change the z parameter and the biophysical scale, but none of these can solve this problem. How do I deal with this problem.

Could you help us understand the gap in the data that you are seeing? What kind of gap is it?
Also, would you please upload your logfile so we can take a look at it and make sure nothing unexpected happened during the model run?
