Blank areas (no value) in habitat quality map

I run the habitat quality model on Invest 3.14.2. I got no errors, but I have some blank areas with no value. Please find attached the log and the map. Please note the sensitivity map has value in every cell, even if it is zero.
Can somebody help me in solving this issue, please?

Hello @Fra, and welcome!

I’m assuming that the red and green pixels in the map have habitat quality values, and white pixels are the blank areas you’re wondering about. Do the white pixels actually have values of “NoData”, or do they have some sort of numeric value? Do the white pixels correspond with any particular land use/land cover class?

Thank you so much for your help. It turns out the issue was related to either the software or my PC. The raster was likely too large to process properly, which caused the problem. When I split the large area into two smaller sections, everything worked fine. In the original large raster, the white pixels had no data, but after splitting the HQ raster, both parts were correctly colored and contained data.
