InVEST 3.14.2 Habitat Quality Model

Hello,

I hope this message finds everyone well. I am using the InVEST habitat quality model. I have threat rasters and the CLC raster.
Both have nodata values as zero
Threat rasters have the values between 0-1 as the model requested.

I run the model successfully but the 2 output maps have some blank parts in the map.

Here I uploaded the result maps and the rasters I used (threats and CLC): [QGIS forumda soru sormak icin - Google Drive](https://Results and Input rasters)

What might be the problem causing this map?

Because I need a map of the region that is fully covered to the extent of its borders with the HQM values (degradation and quality). It seems like some parts are cutted out now.
I also realized that some of the areas that are cut out are the ones that are covered by the threat rasters. But the model should just give these areas values rather than leaving them out in the results, no?

I hope you can help me with the solution. Thank you for your time in advance. Have a good day!

Hello @bilgeko ,

Could you also include your input tables in the google drive folder so we can try to reproduce this issue on our side?

Thanks!
James

Hello, sure it is uploaded in the same link now. Thank you! @jdouglass

Hello @bilgeko ,

So, the issue here is with your sensitivity table. As you can see from the screenshot below, there are missing values for LULC codes 9, 10 and 11, which means that habitat quality scores are missing from the outputs anywhere there are LULC codes 9, 10 or 11.

Once you fill in those values, this should fix the issue.

Let us know how this goes!
James

Hi @jdouglass,

It worked! Thank you, it was something very simple in the end! Thanks for your help.
